How many capsules do I need to take per day?
Out max dose is 6 capsules per day but you DO NOT need to take 6 to see results. We recommend starting with 1-3 per day and upping your dose as needed. Many of our customers never see a reason to go past 2-3 capsules per day and still feel amazing.
Can I take this while pregnant or nursing?
Yes! Many of our customers actually use a Beef Liver as prenatal. However, it is always best to speak to your doctor first and keep your dose low (2-3 capsules) if you are pregnant or nursing.
No iron supplemnt has worked for me, why is this different?
Unlike other iron supplements, Beef Liver contains heme iron which is very easy for you body to absorb. Many of our customers were able to come off OTC iron and transfusions after starting Beef Liver.
Why not just eat Beef Liver? Why do I need a capsule?
